Bubble Paper | Sustainable Packaging Reimagined

The Challenge

Bubble Paper is an innovative eco-packaging brand with powerful values — but low consumer awareness and limited reach beyond niche B2B sectors. Our team was tasked with repositioning the brand to grow awareness, engage new audiences, and expand into direct-to-consumer channels.

The Audience

We created three rich personas based on our research:


  • Jessica, a small biz owner who wants sustainable yet protective packaging for her Etsy shop
  • Anna, an eco-conscious millennial frustrated by greenwashing
  • Izzy, a college student constantly moving, looking for reusable, reliable packaging
     

These personas helped guide messaging across business and consumer channels.

The Strategy

And developed custom messaging matrices for both B2B and B2C segments, including industries like pharmaceuticals, beauty, and food & beverage. Our competitive analysis and perceptual mapping helped position Bubble Paper as the clear leader in both sustainability and product versatility.

Digital Ad Performance Audit – Vessel

We used these performance trends to recommend refreshed creative and narrowed targeting to combat ad fatigue and improve CTR.

Website Audit for Content Strategy

Audited Westwood Cabins’ site to identify high-ranking keywords and top-performing pages. Insights guided content recommendations focused on terms like “modular” and “delivery.”

Content Design for Social Media Advertising

Designed ad mockups in Canva for social media, emphasizing clear CTAs and brand-aligned visuals. Concepts supported both paid and organic engagement.
